This policy explains what information Contract360 ("we", "us") collects when you use this website (https://contract360.in), our hosted web platforms, and our mobile apps, and how we use it.

1. This website

We use Google Analytics to understand how this site is used (pages visited, device type, approximate location, and how visitors arrived). Google Analytics sets cookies for this purpose; the data is aggregated and we do not use it to identify individual visitors. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on or by blocking cookies for this site. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we keep that correspondence to respond to you and to follow up about our products.

2. Web platforms (hosted products)

Products such as Token Management, Fleet Management, Service Tracker, StoreFront, and Catering Estimator are deployed per client. Each client is the controller of the data entered into their deployment (for example, patient queue entries, vehicle locations, customer orders). We process that data only to operate the service for the client, store it on secure cloud infrastructure, and do not sell it or use it for advertising. Data is retained for as long as the client's deployment is active and deleted on request after termination.

3. WhatsApp messaging

Some products send and receive messages through the official WhatsApp Business API. Phone numbers and message content are processed solely to deliver the service (for example, sending a queue token or an order notification) and are subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.

4. Mobile apps

Habit Tracker, Fitness Tracker, and Warranty Tracker store all data locally on your device. These apps do not require an account, do not sync to our servers, and do not collect personal information. Uninstalling the app removes its data. Fleet Management's mobile app collects device location only while being used for vehicle tracking by a client's authorised users.

5. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you by writing to contact@contract360.in. For data held inside a client's deployment, please contact that client directly, as they control it; we will assist them in fulfilling your request.

6. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
