Terms of Service

These terms apply to this website and, unless superseded by a signed agreement, to the Contract360 web platforms and mobile apps. By using them you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Contract360 provides software products deployed for business clients, and personal mobile apps distributed through app stores. Features, pricing, and support terms for a client deployment are set out in the proposal or agreement for that deployment and take precedence over these general terms.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our products to send unsolicited messages, to violate WhatsApp's or any app store's policies, to store unlawful content, or to attempt to access other clients' deployments. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe these terms are being breached.

3. Client data

Clients retain ownership of the data entered into their deployment. We process it only to operate the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Clients are responsible for obtaining any consent required from their own users (for example, patients or customers receiving WhatsApp messages).

4. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be notified in advance where practical. Support scope and response times are defined per deployment.

5. Intellectual property

The software, design, and content of our products remain the property of Contract360. White-label deployments grant the client a licence to present the product under their brand for the term of the agreement; they do not transfer ownership of the software.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Contract360 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the services, and our total liability under any agreement is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of India.
