Google review link generator
Make it one tap for customers to leave you a Google review. Paste your Place ID or g.page link and get a direct review link, a QR code to print at the counter, and a WhatsApp message to send after every job.
How to use it
Find your Place ID (see below) or your g.page short link from Google Business Profile.
Paste it here. The direct review link, the WhatsApp message and the QR code appear.
Print the QR on your bill or counter, and send the WhatsApp message after every completed job.
How to find your Place ID
Open Google's Place ID finder (search 'Google Place ID finder'), type your business name, and copy the ID that starts with 'ChIJ'. Or in Google Business Profile, open 'Ask for reviews' and copy the short link it shows; paste that here instead.
Why reviews decide the map pack
When someone searches 'dentist near me', Google shows three businesses on a map. Review count, rating and how recently reviews arrived are among the strongest factors in who gets those three spots. Twenty reviews collected over two months beats a hundred collected three years ago.
Asking without being awkward
Ask right after the job, while the customer is happy, with the link in the message so there is nothing to search for. Two or three a week is plenty. Reply to every review, good or bad, and mention the service in your reply.
Common questions
Is the review link generator free?
Yes. The link is built from your Place ID in your browser.
Where do I get my Place ID?
Google's Place ID finder, or the 'Ask for reviews' short link in your Business Profile.
Can I put the QR on a visiting card?
Yes. Download the SVG and print it at least 2 cm wide.
Is it against Google's rules to ask for reviews?
Asking is fine. Paying for reviews, writing them yourself, or asking only happy customers while hiding the link from others is not.
